About The Position

The Club Server interacts with patrons by receiving, processing, and facilitating orders using Point of Sale (POS) devices. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an exemplary overall guest experience. The position is part-time and located in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
0–2 years of relevant experience.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Be organized and attentive to detail.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Obtain a passing score on Serve Safe training.
Obtain a passing score on TEAMs training.

Responsibilities

Welcome patrons as they arrive.
Accept and process patrons’ orders using a Point of Sale (POS) device.
Relay orders to the kitchen in a timely manner.
Assemble orders and serve them to patrons.
Assist patrons with carrying purchased items to tables as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure an exemplary overall experience.
Monitor and maintain product availability, including serving ware and condiments, and respond to other guest requests.
Follow basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ensure equipment is working and report any issues to management.
Complete special projects and assignments as business dictates.
