About The Position

The Club at Mediterra, a member-owned residential club in Naples, Florida, is hiring full-time and part-time Servers to provide food and beverage service to members and guests. The club offers dining and recreation amenities within its 1,700-acre community.

Servers greet members and guests, provide wine and beverage service, take and serve orders, answer menu questions, and relay dietary restrictions and special requests. They follow the club’s Steps of Service, work collaboratively with teammates, maintain clean and organized dining areas and workstations, complete assigned opening and closing duties, and attend pre-meal meetings as requested.

Full-time servers typically work no more than 35–40 hours per week, and part-time servers typically work 10–25 hours per week. Hours may change based on service needs. The club offers competitive benefits, recognition, team events, incentives, rewards, and compensation.

Requirements

• At least three months of previous experience working in a private club or high-end dining establishment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and/or carry 20 pounds.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly, outgoing disposition.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities
