About The Position

The Club Server interacts with patrons by receiving, processing, and facilitating orders using Point of Sale (POS) devices. The role includes welcoming patrons, relaying orders to the kitchen, assembling and serving orders, and helping patrons carry purchased items to tables when needed. The Club Server provides customer service, maintains product availability, follows food safety and sanitation guidelines, and reports equipment issues to management. Other projects and assignments may be given as business dictates. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
0–2 years of relevant experience.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Be organized and attentive to detail.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Obtain a passing score on Serve Safe training.
Obtain a passing score on TEAMs training.

Responsibilities

Welcome patrons as they arrive.
Accept and process patrons’ orders using a Point of Sale (POS) device.
Relay orders to the kitchen in a timely manner.
Assemble orders and serve them to patrons.
Assist patrons with carrying purchased items to tables as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service and help ensure an exemplary overall experience.
Monitor and maintain availability of serving ware, condiments, and other items requested by guests.
Follow basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ensure equipment is working and report issues to management.
Complete special projects and assignments as business dictates.
