About The Position

The Club at Mediterra, a member-owned residential club in Naples, Florida, is hiring full-time and part-time Servers to provide food and beverage service to members and guests. The club offers amenities including golf courses, a beach club, spa and fitness center, and racquet sports facilities. The position focuses on attentive service, accurate order handling, teamwork, and maintaining clean dining and work areas. Full-time servers typically work no more than 35–40 hours per week, while part-time servers typically work 10–25 hours per week; hours may change based on service needs.

Requirements

• At least three months of previous experience working in a private club or high-end dining establishment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and/or carry 20 pounds.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly, outgoing disposition.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests.
• Provide wine and beverage service.
• Take and serve orders, answering questions about the menu.
• Communicate special dietary restrictions and requests.
• Know and execute the Steps of Service.
• Work with teammates to meet member and guest expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and work stations.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership.
• Attend pre-meal meetings as requested by leadership.
