About The Position

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will help customers migrate, modernize, and transform architectures and applications, laying the groundwork for scalable, production-ready AI solutions. You will advise customer IT and business leaders on transformation strategy, architect secure and scalable solutions, and deliver measurable business impact. This includes designing roadmaps, leading Proofs of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and helping customers build and run intelligent applications and AI agents at scale.

The role involves work across Azure AI, AI agents, applications, serverless, microservices, GitHub, databases, and hybrid environments. You will own technical delivery outcomes, guide migration and modernization initiatives, provide oversight for strategic engagements, and contribute reusable intellectual property. You will also maintain deep technical expertise, pursue certifications in priority workloads, share best practices, and mentor others.

Requirements

• Hands-on software development experience designing, writing, and shipping production code, for example in C#/.NET, Python, Java, or TypeScript, with solid engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD (such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps), and infrastructure as code.
• Customer-facing experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work across multinational teams.
• Business fluency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Practical software development and/or solution architecture experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience designing and delivering secure, scalable cloud-native and AI applications on Azure, such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, App Service, Container Apps, AKS, Functions, or API Management.
• Experience building AI agents and RAG solutions, and with GitHub Copilot and agentic DevOps.
• Experience with Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Azure or GitHub certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Developer Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or DevOps Engineer Expert.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer IT and business decision makers, understand their business objectives and success measures, and design secure, scalable, AI-powered solutions that deliver business value.
• Lead architectural design sessions and deliver secure, scalable, resilient application and AI solutions aligned with customer goals, using frameworks such as CAF and WAF, as well as POCs and MVPs.
• Write code, build prototypes and MVPs, and co-develop with customer and partner engineering teams.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery results and ensure accurate consumption and customer success plans in collaboration with the account team.
• Drive customer outcomes and resolve issues across customer, partner, and multinational Microsoft teams.
• Drive migration and modernization initiatives, including committed proof-of-concept and production milestones across application and AI workloads.
• Deliver repeatable intellectual property to achieve outcomes and accelerate Azure adoption and consumption, and contribute to centralized IP development.
• Provide delivery oversight and escalation support for strategic engagements involving application and AI workloads.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers, accelerate go-live, and share customer feedback with Microsoft engineering teams to influence product improvements.
• Lead the health, resiliency, security, and optimization of mission-critical application and AI workloads and ensure readiness for production-scale AI use cases.
• Achieve and maintain certifications in priority Cloud and AI Apps workloads.
• Maintain technical expertise and stay current with market trends, competitive insights, and Microsoft application and AI capabilities.
• Continuously learn, contribute to technical communities, share best practices, and mentor others.
