AI Solution Architect
About The Position
Veeam is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to join their Corporate Technology team. This role will focus on designing strategic, cross-functional, and cross-platform AI solutions to enable business transformation. The AI Solutions Architect will partner with business and technology leaders to architect scalable AI solutions, drive implementation, and ensure successful adoption across the organization. Veeam is a leading provider of backup and recovery software for virtual, physical, and cloud environments, and their Corporate Technology team oversees the operation of the company’s information systems and supports the platforms and services that power Veeam’s business worldwide.
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience as an AI Solution Architect and 5+ years in Software Engineering.
- Knowledge of the design principles of distributed systems and modern integration approaches.
- Experience with AWS or another major cloud provider.
- Knowledge of UML.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in English sufficient to read and write technical documentation and communicate effectively with English-speaking users and stakeholders.
- Desire and ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience working across multiple platforms, systems, and business functions in large-scale environments.
Responsibilities
- Work with business leadership and development teams managers to define the scope of the AI solution and clarify its functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identify involved and affected systems and existing AI tools and solutions, perform an impact analysis.
- Design technological solutions that satisfy identified business and technical requirements.
- Help project managers identify technical experts and stakeholders and secure development team resources necessary to deliver project objectives.
- Facilitate communication among technical experts and stakeholders while helping project managers coordinate development teams in their efforts to implement solutions and meet project objectives.
- Ensure proper rollout of AI solutions.
- Document AI solutions at a high level and ensure the appropriate low-level documentation is created and maintained by development teams.
- Facilitate continuous improvement of designed solutions
