About The Position

The Closing Manager leads restaurant closing operations five days per week, working shifts that start between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are expected workdays. The restaurant closes at 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and at 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The role is approximately 40 hours per week or slightly more, with overtime hours available for top performers.

The manager is responsible for high standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown, while advocating for guests and helping ensure no guest leaves unhappy. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering excellent food, value, and customer service.

Requirements

• Experienced restaurant leader.
• Current or very recent experience with drive-thru operations.
• High standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown.
• Guest-focused approach and commitment to resolving guest dissatisfaction.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Standard-driven approach to food, value, and customer service.
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items.
• Ability to remain on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from the ground up.
• Available to work five closing shifts per week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; shifts start between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
