Closing Manager
About The Position
The Closing Manager leads restaurant closing operations on the closing shift five days per week, beginning between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are expected workdays. The restaurant closes at 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The role is expected to work 40 hours per week or slightly more, with overtime hours available for top performers. The manager is responsible for high standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown, while advocating for guests and delivering fantastic food, value, and customer service. The role requires a hands-on leadership style, an upbeat personality, solid communication skills, and a professional appearance.
Requirements
- Experienced restaurant leader.
- Current or very recent drive-thru experience.
- High standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown.
