About The Position

The Closing Manager works the closing shift five days per week, starting between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are expected shifts. The restaurant closes at 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The role is approximately 40 hours per week, possibly slightly more. The latest closing time is 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Overtime hours are available for top performers.

The manager is responsible for leading restaurant operations through nightly shutdown while maintaining high standards of operational execution, food quality, value, and customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on guest advocacy and ensuring guests do not leave unhappy.

Requirements

• Experienced restaurant leader.
• Current or very recent experience with drive-thru operations.
• High standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Standard-driven approach to food, value, and customer service.
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from the ground up.
