About The Position

The Closing Manager is an experienced restaurant leader responsible for leading the closing shift five days per week, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday expected shifts. Shifts start between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. The restaurant closes at 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The role is approximately 40 hours per week or potentially slightly more. The manager is expected to uphold high standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown, advocate for guests, and lead hands-on with an upbeat and professional approach. Compensation is up to $20 per hour. Benefits are available after six months of service, with a company contribution; paid vacation is also offered. Overtime hours are available for top performers.

Requirements

• Experienced restaurant leader.
• Current or very recent drive-thru experience.
• High standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Standard-driven approach to food, value, and customer service.
• Ability to taste and handle all menu items.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from the ground up.
