Closing Manager
About The Position
The Closing Manager works the closing shift five days per week, starting between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are expected shifts. The restaurant closes at 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The role is approximately 40 hours per week or possibly slightly more, with overtime hours available for top performers. The manager leads restaurant operations through closing, maintaining high standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on guest advocacy and delivering fantastic food, value, and customer service.
Requirements
- Experienced restaurant leader.
- Current or very recent experience with drive-thru operations.
- High standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown.
- Hands-on leadership style.
- Upbeat personality.
- Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
- Standard-driven approach to food, value, and customer service.
- Must be able to taste and handle all menu items.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Lead restaurant operations during the closing shift.
