About The Position

As the Clinical Specialist with Stryker Enabling Technologies, you will provide clinical product support to hospital staff and offer on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures. You will train surgeons and operating room staff on the use of the company's navigation technologies, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure procedural efficiency. You will utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative scans for the Enabling Technologies system, and assist surgeons in preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance. Additionally, you will provide prompt and accurate complaint reports according to Stryker Enabling Technologies' quality system, offer case coverage at accounts, and support the development and execution of the sales plan. Your role will involve growing the utilization of navigation technologies by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons, actively selling the clinical benefits of the products, and building strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff. You will collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to enhance communication about product performance and obtain purchase orders for products used during surgical procedures, while also maintaining and tracking purchase orders for services provided.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred OR 6+ years clinical experience
  • Handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids.
  • Possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain purchase orders for products consumed during surgical procedures.
  • Maintain and track case coverage purchase orders for services provided.
