Remote Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults (PhD, PsyD)

Sailor Health•New York, NY

About The Position

Sailor Health is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to older adults throughout the United States. The role is fully remote and may be part-time or full-time, with compensation paid per session. Clinicians set their own schedules, with availability across all seven days of the week. There are two employment arrangements: 1099 contractor roles starting at 15 hours per week, and W2 employee roles starting at 25 hours per week with full benefits. Sailor Health supports older adults through Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy. The organization manages referrals, billing, administrative work, and patients’ non-clinical needs so clinicians can focus on clinical care. Clinicians receive ongoing consultation from a dedicated clinical lead, administrative support, and regular paid case consultations. The telehealth platform and AI documentation assistant help with clinical documentation. The role involves providing evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults, developing individualized treatment plans, managing a caseload and clinical decisions, and documenting care in the EMR. Free continuing education, geriatric-focused training, and clinical consultation are offered. W2 clinicians working 25 or more hours per week receive health, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) with up to a 3.5% employer match.
