About The Position

Sailor Health is hiring bilingual English/Spanish licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to Spanish-speaking older adults. The position is fully remote within the United States, and clinicians may set their own schedule, with availability across all seven days of the week. Part-time and full-time arrangements are offered, paid per session. 1099 contractors start at 15 hours per week; W2 employees start at 25 hours per week and receive full benefits.

Sailor Health provides a matched caseload, billing and administrative support, care navigation, clinical consultation, and a telehealth platform with an AI documentation assistant. Spanish-speaking patients are matched with Spanish-speaking clinicians. The role focuses on clinical care, including evidence-based psychotherapy and individualized treatment planning, with paid case consultations and access to geriatric-focused training.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States.
• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where the role is posted.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, including the ability to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults via telehealth.
• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish and attend to patients’ language and cultural context.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals and needs.
• Manage a personal caseload and make clinical decisions with support from the care team.
• Complete documentation in the electronic medical record, using AI-assisted notes.
• Participate in regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders.
