About The Position

Sailor Health is hiring bilingual English/Spanish licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to Spanish-speaking older adults. The position is fully remote from anywhere in the United States, and clinicians set their own schedule, with availability across all seven days of the week. Roles are available part-time or full-time and are paid per session. Clinicians may work as 1099 contractors starting at 15 hours per week or as W2 employees starting at 25 hours per week, with full benefits for eligible W2 clinicians.

Sailor Health supports older adults through Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy. Care Navigators and Healthcare Advocates handle patients’ non-clinical needs, while Clinical Quality Leads provide ongoing consultation and the provider support team offers administrative help. Spanish-speaking patients are matched with Spanish-speaking clinicians for language-concordant care.

The role focuses on providing evidence-based psychotherapy in Spanish, developing individualized treatment plans, managing a caseload and clinical decisions, and documenting care in the EMR with an AI-assisted notes tool. Clinicians also participate in paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders. The company offers caseload matching, clinical support, free continuing education, geriatric-focused training, and, for W2 clinicians working 25 or more hours per week, health, dental, and vision coverage plus a 401(k) with up to a 3.5% employer match.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States.
• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where the role is posted.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, including the ability to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults via telehealth.
