About The Position

The Clinical Partnerships Representative drives patient acquisition by building strategic relationships across an assigned territory with healthcare and community organizations. The representative shares Equip’s mission, connects people to treatment, and uses an entrepreneurial, self-directed approach. This is a remote role with regular field engagement, balancing virtual and in-person meetings. The position requires living in Western Massachusetts, with a strong preference for candidates in the Worcester area. Work is performed remotely, with field travel within the territory of up to 40%. The representative is expected to be in-market 2–3 days per week for local account visits and occasional overnight stays, approximately 2–4 nights per month. Travel and field time may vary based on territory geography, account density, and business goals. The employee must have reliable transportation and be able to use standard office equipment and keyboards, communicate by telephone, and sit or stand as needed. Equip is a virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program operating in all 50 states and partnered with most major health insurance plans. Its care teams include therapists, dietitians, physicians, and peer and family mentors. Equip describes its culture as diverse and highly engaged, and emphasizes diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessible hiring. The role offers flexible PTO (3–5 weeks per year recommended), 11 paid company holidays, parental leave, medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, employer-paid mental health and employee assistance resources, a 401(k) option, work-from-home stipends, and a company laptop.
