Clinical Partner CNA, Telemetry PCU, $3,000 Bonus, FT, 6:30A-7:00P
About The Position
The Clinical Partner provides basic technical nursing skills for which they have been deemed competent and performs delegated tasks—such as wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, and discontinuing a Foley catheter—under the direction or supervision of a registered nurse, in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, Florida statutes, and Baptist Health policy. The Clinical Partner works closely with the assigned RN as a valued member of the nursing team to provide safe, quality, patient-centered care. Assessment and evaluation of the impact of interventions on patient care are examples of nursing activities that cannot be delegated to unlicensed assistive personnel. The estimated pay range is $17.11–$22.24 per hour, depending on experience. The position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000.
Requirements
- High school diploma, certificate, GED, training, or equivalent experience.
- CNA or LPN license required.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in Florida preferred.
Responsibilities
