A subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), one of the largest and most respected providers of hospital and behavioral healthcare services, Thousand Branches Wellness is seeking an experienced Clinical Outreach Liaison who enjoys the excitement and challenges of a start-up to join our team in Arden Hills, MN! Through clinically informed community outreach and referral engagement. This role is responsible for the execution of outreach activities with a strong clinical lens, ensuring referral partners are supported in identifying appropriate level-of-care placements. Working within established outreach priorities, the Liaison will serve as a clinical resource in the community, helping bridge gaps between providers and treatment services. This is a field-based, externally focused role and does not include responsibility for internal program operations, staffing, or clinical service delivery. This position may entail evening and/or weekend hours as needed for community events.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
1–3+ years of experience in behavioral health (clinical, case management, or utilization review experience preferred)
Strong understanding of behavioral health diagnoses and levels of care (IOP/PHP/residential)
Established relationships within the behavioral health community
Experience with CRM or referral tracking systems
A clinically trained professional who enjoys community engagement and relationship building
Strong ability to translate clinical knowledge into practical guidance for referral partners
Consistent, reliable execution of outreach activities
High level of organization and follow-through
Comfort working within established outreach direction and priorities

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in a behavioral health field preferred
Active licensure or registration strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Execute assigned outreach plans with a focus on clinically appropriate referral development
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including therapists, psychiatrists, hospitals, and community providers
Conduct regular in-person outreach, meetings, and follow-ups to maintain strong community presence
Collaborate with Admissions and clinical teams to support appropriate and timely referral transitions
Track outreach activity and referral trends to support consistency and follow-through
