About The Position

Circle Care Services is seeking a part-time Outreach/Physician Liaison to build relationships with healthcare providers and community partners throughout the assigned Silver Spring, Maryland territory, with the goal of increasing referrals. The liaison serves as an ambassador for the organization by educating referral sources about its ABA services, maintaining provider relationships, and helping connect families with support.

The role involves local travel to providers and community organizations, ongoing communication and follow-up with referral sources, tracking outreach activity in HubSpot, and collaborating with intake and clinical teams to support a positive referral experience. The position pays $30–$40 per hour and offers mileage reimbursement, autonomy in managing territory relationships, and professional growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in case management is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with daily local travel.
• Organized, self-motivated, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in outreach, healthcare, provider relations, marketing, sales, business development, or a related field.
• Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Visit pediatricians, developmental pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, daycare centers, and other referral sources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
• Educate providers about Circle Care Services and its available ABA services.
• Generate referrals through ongoing provider outreach and relationship development.
• Follow up with referral sources and maintain ongoing communication.
• Attend lunch-and-learns, networking events, and community outreach opportunities.
• Track outreach activities, contacts, and referrals in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to support a positive referral experience.
• Represent Circle Care Services professionally within the community.
