About The Position

Join Natera's Gynecologic Oncology Histology specialty team as a Clinical Oncology Specialist (COS), where you'll help expand access to innovative MRD testing for patients with gynecologic cancers. In this high-impact, field-based role, you will drive the adoption and growth of Signatera, Natera's personalized MRD ctDNA assay, helping clinicians monitor disease and make more informed treatment decisions throughout the patient journey. As a trusted clinical and commercial partner, you will build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, hospital systems, and community oncology practices. Working collaboratively with internal partners, you will expand access to Signatera by partnering with Gynecologic Oncologists, Gynecologic Oncology Surgeons, and Medical Oncologists who care for patients with gynecologic cancers. We are looking for a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires frequent travel throughout the assigned territory.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of successful medical sales experience, preferably within GYN Oncology, GYN Surgical Oncology, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine.
Strong understanding of the academic and community oncology landscape, including molecular diagnostics, precision medicine, and reimbursement.
Experience calling on GYN Oncologists, GYN ONC Surgeons, Medical Oncologists, or other GYN oncology stakeholders preferred.
Demonstrated leadership, business acumen, financial management, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability and willingness to travel overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop expertise in Natera's oncology portfolio, clinical data, reimbursement landscape, competitive positioning, and internal processes.
Identify and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic medical centers, hospital systems, and community oncology practices to drive adoption of Natera's oncology portfolio.
Engage GYN oncologists and other healthcare professionals through consultative, clinical discussions that support the adoption of Natera's oncology diagnostics.
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify growth opportunities and influence key clinical and administrative stakeholders.
Achieve sales objectives and drive growth within the assigned territory.
Maintain accurate territory activity, customer insights, and sales forecasts while identifying risks and new business opportunities.
Conduct all business activities with integrity while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
