The Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) contributes to account sales, service, and support activities for Natera’s Oncology products in the Kansas City metro territory. The role supports patient adherence to oncologist-prescribed testing cadence, with a focus on improving patient outcomes. The ACOS identifies opportunities to improve clinical workflows, test fulfillment, internal systems, and processes, and helps drive Signatera patient retention and unit growth among existing customers. The ACOS learns Natera Oncology products and processes, educates medical professionals about test-order management resources, monitors performance indicators, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to support patients and providers. This is a remote USA position covering the Kansas City metro. Duties are typically performed in medical offices or hospitals. The role requires 25–50% travel and may involve work outside normal hours, including evenings and weekends. Compensation includes a base salary, uncapped commission, a car allowance program, and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The stated pay range is $80,000–$100,000 USD; actual compensation depends on factors including skills, experience, certifications, and office location.
