OUR CLINICAL NUTRITION DEPARTMENT IS LOOKING FOR A CLINICAL NUTRITION SUPERVISOR TO JOIN THE TEAM!
Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience as a Clinical Dietitian in an acute care setting.
- Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory role providing leadership to Clinical Dietitians.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects within established timeframes, problem analysis and resolution, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills required to include a working knowledge in Windows including Excel and Powerpoint.
- Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition or related field.
- Certification as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and supervise the work operations of the clinical nutrition staff.
- Assign work to and supervise clinical dietitians and nutrition and dietetics technicians.
- Establish and maintain policies, standards and programs for the provision of optimal, cost-effective patient care.
- Monitor clinical dietetic performance for safety, efficacy and evidence-based practices.
- Establish a framework to collect and publish clinical outcomes research.
- Implement and maintain cost control procedures and participate in the budget process and meeting budget targets.
