Clinical Nutrition Manager
About The Position
Metz Culinary Management is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead clinical nutrition operations at Golisano Children's Hospital in Buffalo, New York, while collaborating with regional clinical nutrition leadership across Western New York. This leadership role champions evidence-based medical nutrition therapy, mentors registered dietitians, and works with regional healthcare team members to shape nutrition standards across the network. The role oversees the Clinical Nutrition Program in a large, fast-paced hospital setting. The manager leads a team of registered dietitians, supports patient education, and helps ensure that Metz Culinary Management's vision and values inform interactions and patient experience. The position is part of the company's Healthcare Division.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, or Dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian credential and current RD licensure.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing a team in a large, fast-paced hospital setting.
- Experience in a contract dining facility setting.
- Knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
- Strong background in patient education.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
