About The Position

Buffalo General Medical Center in Buffalo, New York, is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead inpatient clinical nutrition operations and collaborate with regional clinical nutrition leadership across Western New York. The manager champions evidence-based medical nutrition therapy, mentors a team of registered dietitians, and partners with regional healthcare team members to shape nutrition standards across the regional network. This leadership role oversees the Clinical Nutrition Program in a large, fast-paced hospital setting. The manager leads registered dietitians while supporting patient experience, patient education, and the Metz Culinary Management vision and values. The position requires a polished, professional approach, strong communication and leadership skills, and knowledge of electronic medical record systems. Relocation assistance and a $5,000 sign-on bonus are available.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, or Dietetics.
Registered Dietitian credential and current RD license.
At least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience managing a team in a large, fast-paced hospital setting.
Experience in a contract dining facility setting.
Knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
Strong background in patient education.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
