Clinical Nutrition Manager
About The Position
Unidine Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager for an acute-care setting in Brooklyn, New York. The manager will lead and develop a team of Dietitians, advance clinical nutrition programs, and improve patient care through evidence-based practice. The role combines clinical nutrition care—including comprehensive assessments and individualized care planning—with team leadership, nutrition education, quality improvement, and coordination with food service leadership. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours subject to business needs. The listed salary range is $110,000 to $125,000.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with at least 2 years of experience.
- Must be a Registered Dietitian with a valid CDR number.
- Licensed Dietitian, or willing to obtain licensure, in states where applicable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of clinical nutrition professionals.
- Design and implement clinical nutrition strategies that enhance patient care and align with operational goals.
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
- Educate patients, families, staff, and the community on nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support long-term wellness.
- Integrate evidence-based research and standards into nutrition care in alignment with the nutrition care manual and department and facility policies and procedures.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams and participate in QAPI initiatives to improve outcomes.
- Work with food service leadership on menu and nutrition formulary management, regulatory standards, and patient experience.
- Support department staff and intern development, as applicable, through coaching, training, and education.
