About The Position

Buffalo General Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead inpatient clinical nutrition operations and collaborate with regional clinical nutrition leadership across Western New York. The Clinical Nutrition Manager provides managerial oversight of the Clinical Nutrition Program in a large, fast-paced hospital setting. Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, or Dietetics.
Registered Dietitian with a current RD license.
Three years in a leadership role.
Experience managing a team in a large, fast-paced hospital setting.
Experience in a contract dining facility setting.
Knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Background in patient education.
