Home Health RN - Clinical Manager
About The Position
The Clinical Manager oversees the daily operations, activities, and patient care staff of a home healthcare organization serving Sarasota and Charlotte counties. The role includes marketing and public relations duties, evaluating programs, services, and field personnel, and consulting with healthcare facilities about staffing needs. The Clinical Manager also communicates the organization’s approach to quality client care to the community and collaborates with the DON/Administrator and Executive Director on the business plan, including strategic goals, resource allocation, and the yearly budget. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an on-call rotation of one week per month. Compensation is $85,000–$90,000, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, required upon hire.
- Two years of home health experience.
- One year of supervisory experience.
- OASIS experience.
- Current CPR certification.
