About The Position

The Clinical Liaison (CL) is responsible for educating the community on acute rehabilitation services, building relationships with referral sources, and developing business in alignment with the rehabilitation program's strategic goals. This role involves maintaining face-to-face contact with patients, families, and referral sources within the assigned market territory, and conducting in-person in-services and presentations to educate stakeholders on available programs and services. Requirements

• Minimum 2-year degree required.
• Current license to practice as required by applicable state licensure regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related, business, or marketing field preferred.
• Previous experience in clinical liaison, marketing, or healthcare sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops business based on the strategic goals of the rehabilitation program.
• Builds relationships with referral sources within the assigned territory through in-person outreach.
• Identifies and addresses barriers to the admission process in collaboration with the program director.
• Maintains face-to-face contact with patients, families, and referral sources in the market territory.
• Conducts in-person in-services and presentations to educate stakeholders on available programs and services.
