About The Position

Community Rehabilitation Hospital North is seeking a PRN (as needed) Clinical Liaison to join their team. This role is crucial in educating the community about acute rehabilitation services and developing census through face-to-face interactions. The liaison will build relationships with referral sources, identify and resolve admission barriers, and conduct in-person educational sessions. This position requires significant onsite and in-territory work, involving direct contact with patients, families, and referral sources.

Requirements

• Clinical Licensure required (RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, RRT, LMSW)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous clinical liaison, marketing, or healthcare sales experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with physicians, nursing staff, discharge planners, case managers, and social workers.
• Previous clinical experience preferred with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems.
• Formal Sales Training preferred

Responsibilities

• Educate the community on acute rehabilitation to develop a census through face-to-face contacts.
• Develop business based on the strategic goals of the rehabilitation program.
• Build relationships with referral sources through face-to-face connections within the territory to increase census.
• Identify barriers to the admission process and create solutions with the assistance of the program director.
• Complete in-person in-services and presentations to educate on acute rehabilitation programs and services.
• Other duties as assigned.
