About The Position
Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Clinical Director for its detox and residential treatment facility in Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania. The Clinical Director provides daily clinical leadership and supervision to support smooth facility operations and ensure execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap. The role oversees and develops the clinical treatment team, supports client engagement and morale, and ensures client documentation is complete and timely, collaborating with Utilization Review as needed. The facility is a 60-bed residential center offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation. It provides round-the-clock supervision and care in a recovery-oriented setting.
Requirements
- Current licensure necessary to practice as a Clinical Director in Pennsylvania: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Three years of experience with chemical dependency and dual-diagnosis clients.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
- Five years of supervisory experience in a hospital or residential setting preferred.

- Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap.
- Cultivate and maintain an effective clinical treatment team through consistent oversight, support, and professional development.
- Oversee client engagement and morale, interact with clients, and foster a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere.
- Ensure client documentation is impeccable and timely, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary.
