About The Position
Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Clinical Director for its detox and residential treatment facility in Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania. The Clinical Director provides daily clinical leadership and supervision to support smooth facility operations and ensure execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap. The role oversees and develops the clinical treatment team, supports client engagement and morale, and helps maintain a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere. The Director also ensures client documentation is impeccable and completed on time, collaborating with Utilization Review as needed. The facility is a 60-bed residential center offering drug and alcohol detoxification and inpatient rehabilitation. It is located on 5.19 acres in the Pocono Mountains and provides round-the-clock client supervision and care. The multidisciplinary staff includes primary therapists and clinicians, nurse practitioners, addictions counselors, and behavioral health technicians. Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania licensure necessary to practice as a Clinical Director: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Three years of experience working with chemical dependency and dual-diagnosis clients.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
- Five years of supervisory experience in a hospital or residential setting preferred.
