About The Position

We're opening a brand-new outpatient physical therapy clinic in Port St. Lucie, FL, and we're looking for an exceptional Clinic Director to lead the way. As the founding Clinic Director, you'll have the autonomy to lead your clinic while receiving the support, resources, and leadership needed to succeed. Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida or eligible for Florida licensure
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience required
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a successful practice
• Self-motivated, organized, and committed to clinical excellence
• Strong relationship-building and community engagement skills
• Dedicated to creating an exceptional patient experience and positive team culture

Nice To Haves

• Leadership or Clinic Director experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful launch and day-to-day operations of a new outpatient physical therapy clinic
• Provide exceptional, evidence-based physical therapy care
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Build, mentor, and develop a positive, high-performing clinical team
• Establish a culture centered on outstanding patient experiences and clinical excellence
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, and quality outcomes
• Collaborate with organizational leadership to drive clinic growth and community engagement
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with all clinical standards
• Build strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners
• Represent the clinic within the Port St. Lucie community
• Help develop and implement strategies for long-term clinic growth and success
