About The Position

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced clinician to fill the role of Clinic Director (CD) and Licensed Physical Therapist. This hybrid role combines hands-on patient care with team leadership, clinical mentorship, and business operations. The Clinic Director will manage daily clinic operations, mentor staff clinicians, oversee the clinic's financial health, and cultivate referral relationships within the local community, all while being supported by Ivy's corporate network. The position is 40 hours per week and is located in Suffolk, VA.

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Strong work ethic and determination to establish community presence and referral relationships
Growth mindset + Passion for mentoring and developing teammates
