About The Position

The Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) plays a clinical role within key hospital accounts, supporting high-quality patient experiences and coordination of cardiac wearable therapy. The CAS also provides clinical in-services, supports EMR workflow setup, and serves as a resource for clinicians and care teams. Working with Sales and Territory leadership, the CAS helps maintain account relationships and ensures local inventory and operational readiness for patient care. The position also supports renewals and documentation after fittings, including follow-up related to discharge dates, delivery documentation, and ongoing clinical needs. The CAS reviews CareStation reports for patient-triggered episodes and events for communication to providers. The role requires frequent local and domestic travel, sometimes exceeding 90%, and the ability to work remotely and in different office-like conditions. Extended hours may be needed. Kestra products are regulated by the FDA, and post-offer drug testing is a condition of employment. The position requires adherence to the company’s patient confidentiality policy.
