About The Position

The Clinic Supervisor oversees the clinic’s daily operations to support smooth and efficient delivery of patient care. The supervisor leads, manages, and holds clinic staff accountable; represents PRIME in interactions with clients; and ensures the accuracy of services, authorizations, and billing. The role is also responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory, cleanliness, and clinic service management, and for ensuring patients have a positive experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 3 years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Effective communication, team-building, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly.
• Understanding of medical clinic operations.
• Results-oriented approach and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods; lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 75 pounds; perform repetitive motions; and use a computer and keyboard extensively.
• Close visual acuity for tasks such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards, lift packages and other items, walk short and long distances, climb stairs, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials and supplies.
• Ability to learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely workflow decisions, communicate with employees and visitors, and complete tasks subject to speed or productivity quotas.
