About The Position

The Clinic Site Supervisor manages the operations of designated staff and provides workflow direction consistent with department and organizational objectives. The role coordinates and integrates clinic site operations, assists with developing and implementing policies and procedures, supports strategic planning and budgeting, and leads or participates in improvement projects and teams.

Requirements

• Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.
• 3 years of previous supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to designated staff.
• Support recruitment and orientation, and promote engagement among clinical staff.
• Ensure initial and ongoing staff competencies.
• Ensure effective and timely communication of relevant information.
• Guide performance management, including mentoring, coaching, and individual development, and hold staff accountable to expectations.
• Foster an environment where the team holds one another accountable to Fairview behaviors and values.
• Collaborate with leadership and organizational partners to ensure efficient and safe daily site operations.
• Anticipate and respond to physician and provider staffing needs, and ensure support staff are appropriately scheduled to maximize efficiency, access, and patient demand.
• Resolve patient and staff concerns through appropriate due diligence.
• Collaborate with leadership to collect and use reporting data to analyze, forecast, plan, and direct clinic operations.
• Promote, support, and participate in process improvement, quality initiatives, and innovation.
• Act as a financial steward and provide input related to the clinic budget as appropriate.
• Assist in coordinating and integrating clinic site operations.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures, strategic planning, and budgeting.
• Lead or participate in improvement projects and teams.
