About The Position

The Clinic Supervisor manages the daily operations of the family practice clinics in Rawlins, Saratoga, and Hanna. The position participates in patient care, prepares budgets, manages facilities, resolves staff and patient complaints, identifies ways to increase productivity, and establishes clinic-specific policies. The supervisor ensures medical staff have the resources needed to meet patient needs and the financial objectives of the practice and group.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years of previous clinic experience.

Nice To Haves

• RN preferred.
• Supervisory experience and training preferred.
