A Clinic Supervisor is a highly engaged leader that possesses a high level of acuity in business acumen and is focused on developing a patient-focused team that is goal-oriented. This role involves executing day-to-day operations of the office, providing guidance on various aspects of eye care and office management, compiling operational reports, leading and coaching the team, enhancing processes and workflow, collaborating with management on employee relations and recruitment, and training employees on patient experience. The supervisor will also act as a liaison between employees and management, motivate the team, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
