We are currently seeking a Clinic Medical Director to serve as the on-site medical leader of our clinic in Perris, CA. This position will report to the Chief Medical Officer and will work in collaboration with clinic leadership and OTS leadership. Indian Preference applies. POSITION SUMMARY The Clinic Medical Director provides overall medical leadership and oversight, and regulatory compliance for the Center, including all medical services and the methadone dispensing program. The Clinic Medical Director is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence-based, whole-person care that meets all federal, state, accreditation, and organizational requirements. The Clinic Medical Director works collaboratively with the Clinic Director to ensure integration of clinical excellence, operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and patient access objectives. The Clinic Medical Director also collaborates with OneTogether Solutions (OTS) support staff including the Vice President of Medical Affairs, Chief Transformation Officer, Vice President of Nursing and others as appropriate. THE DYAD OPERATING MODEL Harmony Health is led through a dyad leadership model consisting of the Clinic Medical Director and the Clinic Director. This partnership combines clinical expertise and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and organizational effectiveness. The dyad model is built on shared accountability, mutual respect, transparent communication, and collaborative decision-making. Together, the Clinic Medical Director and Clinic Director are responsible for advancing the clinic's mission, strategic objectives, patient outcomes, operational performance, and regulatory compliance. The dyad model is supported by OTS leadership including those mentioned above. The Clinic Medical Director and Clinic Director jointly share responsibility for: Establishing clinic goals, priorities, and strategic initiatives. Maintaining compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and organizational requirements. Ensuring safe, effective, and whole-person care. Optimizing patient access, engagement, retention, and treatment outcomes. Workforce recruitment, retention, development, and staff engagement. Quality improvement and performance management initiatives. Program development and service expansion. Risk management and problem resolution. Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
