Clinic Director I Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Clinic Director to provide therapy services while leading a clinical team within a senior living community. The director guides care delivery, mentors clinicians, builds relationships that support resident engagement, and partners with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 integrated model. The role coordinates therapy, wellness, and medical services to support a seamless resident experience and contributes to program development and quality improvement. The position remains hands-on with residents while leading team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations. It offers predictable schedules without late nights or constant driving, leadership development, career paths into expanded operations and clinical leadership roles, and support from operational leadership. EmpowerMe Wellness partners with senior living communities nationwide, integrating therapy, pharmacy, and medical care to help residents live more independently.
Requirements
- Current professional license in a therapy discipline: PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
- Leadership or mentorship experience, formal or informal.
- Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
- Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

- Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading the team in delivering high-quality care.
- Mentor and support clinicians in developing their clinical skills and confidence.
- Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
- Build relationships that promote resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
- Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services.
- Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
