About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Clinic Director to provide therapy services while leading a team within senior living communities. The Clinic Director helps shape daily care delivery, mentors clinicians, builds relationships with residents and community leaders, and supports residents in staying active, independent, and supported. Through the EmpowerMe 360 integrated care model, the role may help connect therapy, wellness, and care coordination. The position combines hands-on clinical care with leadership and day-to-day clinic operations.

Requirements

• Current professional license in a therapy discipline: PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
• Leadership or mentorship experience, formal or informal.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading the team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians in developing their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build relationships that encourage resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to support a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
