About The Position

The Clinic Director leads the delivery of therapy services within senior living communities while remaining hands-on in resident care. The role includes guiding and mentoring clinicians, building relationships with community leadership and residents, and supporting day-to-day clinic operations. Clinic Directors may help implement EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model that brings therapy, wellness, and care coordination together. The position contributes to resident independence and quality of life through coordinated care, team development, and program improvement.

Requirements

• Current professional license in a therapy discipline: PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
• Leadership or mentorship experience, formal or informal.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading the team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians in developing their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build relationships that encourage resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to provide a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
