About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Clinic Director to provide therapy services while leading a clinical team in senior living communities. The role combines hands-on care with team mentorship, clinic operations, community partnerships, and program improvement. Clinic Directors help deliver the EmpowerMe 360 integrated model, which brings together therapy, wellness, care coordination, pharmacy, and medical care to support residents’ independence and quality of life. The position offers predictable schedules, leadership development, operational support, and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

• Current professional license in the relevant therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience, formal or informal.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading the team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians in developing their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build relationships that encourage resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to support a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
