Clinic Director I Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Clinic Director to provide therapy services while leading a team in a senior living community. The position combines hands-on clinical care with team leadership, mentorship, relationship-building, and day-to-day clinic operations. Clinic Directors partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 integrated care model, which brings therapy, wellness, and care coordination together to support residents. The role offers predictable schedules without late nights or constant driving, continued hands-on treatment, support from operational leadership, and opportunities for leadership development and career growth into expanded operational and clinical leadership roles. The position is eligible for a tuition reimbursement bonus intended to help offset student loan or education costs and support the transition into the role.
Requirements
- Current professional license in a therapy discipline: PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
- Leadership or mentorship experience, formal or informal.
- Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
- Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

- Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading the team in delivering high-quality care.
- Mentor and support clinicians in developing their clinical skills and confidence.
- Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
- Build relationships that encourage resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
- Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to provide a seamless resident experience.
- Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
