About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Clinic Director to provide therapy services while leading a team in a senior living community. The role combines hands-on clinical care with team leadership, relationship-building, clinic operations, and coordination across therapy, wellness, and medical services. Clinic Directors may help implement EmpowerMe 360, the company’s integrated model of care, and contribute to program development and quality improvement. The position offers predictable schedules without late nights or constant driving, leadership development, and opportunities for career growth into expanded operations and clinical leadership roles.
Requirements
- Current professional license in a therapy discipline: PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
- Leadership or mentorship experience, formal or informal.
- Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
- Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading the team in delivering high-quality care.
- Mentor and support clinicians in developing their clinical skills and confidence.
- Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
- Build relationships that support resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
- Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to provide a seamless resident experience.
- Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
