Clinic Director I Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
About The Position
The Clinic Director leads a clinic team while continuing to provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services. The role guides care delivery, mentors clinicians, builds relationships with residents and community leadership, and supports resident engagement and program participation. Clinic Directors may help implement EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model that brings together therapy, wellness, care coordination, pharmacy, and medical care. They also coordinate care across services, oversee team performance, scheduling, and daily clinic operations, and contribute to program development and quality improvement. The position is hands-on with residents and offers predictable schedules without late nights or constant driving. EmpowerMe Wellness partners with senior living communities nationwide to help residents live stronger, safer, and more independent lives.
Requirements
- Current professional license in a therapy discipline: PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
- Leadership or mentorship experience, formal or informal.
- Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
- Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.
