About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Clinic Director who provides physical, occupational, or speech therapy while leading a clinical team in senior living communities. The role combines hands-on care with team leadership, mentorship, clinic operations, and collaboration with community leadership. Clinic Directors help implement the EmpowerMe 360 integrated model, which brings together therapy, wellness, care coordination, pharmacy, and medical care to support residents’ independence and quality of life.

The position offers predictable schedules without late nights or constant driving, opportunities for leadership development and career growth, and close collaboration with operational leadership. The Clinic Director contributes to a team-focused culture and helps strengthen resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment. Compensation is $34.00–$42.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Hold a current professional license in a therapy discipline: PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
• Have leadership or mentorship experience, formal or informal.
• Bring strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Have a passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Be willing to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading the team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians in developing their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build relationships that support resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to provide a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
