About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Clinic Director to provide therapy services while leading a clinic team in senior living communities. The role combines hands-on clinical care with team leadership, mentorship, community partnership, and day-to-day clinic operations. Clinic Directors help deliver high-quality care, build resident engagement, and coordinate services across therapy, wellness, and medical care through the EmpowerMe 360 model. The position offers predictable schedules without late nights or constant driving, continued hands-on resident care, support from operational leadership, and opportunities for leadership development and career growth into broader operational and clinical leadership roles. EmpowerMe Wellness is an integrated healthcare company that partners with senior living communities nationwide to support residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives.
Requirements
- Current professional license in the applicable therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
- Leadership or mentorship experience, formal or informal.
- Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
- Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

- Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading the team in delivering high-quality care.
- Mentor and support clinicians in developing their clinical skills and confidence.
- Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
- Build relationships that promote resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
- Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to support a seamless resident experience.
- Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
