About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a licensed physical therapist to serve as a Clinic Director in senior living communities. The role combines hands-on therapy with clinical leadership. Clinic Directors guide their teams, build relationships with residents and community leaders, and help residents remain active, independent, and supported. The director may help implement EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model that brings therapy, wellness, and care coordination together. The role includes mentoring clinicians, coordinating care, overseeing team performance and clinic operations, and contributing to program development and quality improvement. It offers predictable schedules without late nights or constant driving, continued direct resident care, and opportunities for leadership development and career growth.

Requirements

Current professional license in a therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
Leadership or mentorship experience, formal or informal.
Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

Responsibilities

Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading the team in delivering high-quality care.
Mentor and support clinicians in developing their clinical skills and confidence.
Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
Build relationships that support resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services.
Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
