Clinic Director I - Licensed Therapist OT/PT/COTA/PTA
About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a licensed therapist to serve as a Clinic Director in a senior living community. The role combines providing physical, occupational, or speech therapy services with leading a clinical team and overseeing day-to-day clinic operations. The Clinic Director mentors clinicians, partners with community leadership, and helps implement EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model that brings together therapy, wellness, care coordination, pharmacy, and medical care. The position focuses on resident engagement, coordinated care, program development, quality improvement, and supporting seniors in maintaining independence and quality of life. The director remains hands-on in resident care and works closely with operational leadership. The posting describes predictable schedules, no late nights, and no constant driving.
Requirements
- Current professional license in a therapy discipline: PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
- Leadership or mentorship experience, formal or informal.
- Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
- Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.
